The person who made it unpleasant was Justin Bonura. Any hiccup we had in the deal he would ignore it and treat it like the deal couldn't be done and ignore any attempts to resolve it in a timely manner. Basically putting it on the back burner. Well, it did get done, and thanks to Josh for not giving up on me and being persistent. If it was not for Josh this deal would not have been done.
